Mother’s Day Rolls & Rounds – Louisiana Black Belt Academy
This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the strength, grit, and heart of the women who make our academy special. Join us for Mother’s Day Rolls & Rounds, a relaxed and empowering open mat for all Louisiana Black Belt Academy moms and women.
Whether you train Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, or you’re simply the proud mom of someone who does, this event is for you. No pressure, no expectations, just a room full of strong women moving, learning, laughing, and supporting each other on the mats.
Come flow through some light rolls, rounds, pad work, and drills, meet other amazing women in our community, and celebrate the warrior spirit that moms carry every day.
